A HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA IS BEST OR EVEN A GED. I WOULD WAIT ON THE REST OF THE SCHOOLING. USUALLY THE CORRECTIONAL FACILITY WILL PAY OR MATCH FUNDS FOR HIGHER EDUCATION.
