I am factory Manager in next month.What is the main responsibilities and main role in the post?How will develop employees self behaviour?

You have to ensure a timely and systamatic flow of inputs like raw matrials to the men manning the machines and equipment , ensuring that the men are properly motivared to give their best and machines are properly maintained to give optimum results, keeping in mind that the desired quality levels are maintained and safety and environmental standards are not compromised.
