Can somebody help me secure a job in Singapore?

I'm currently working as an AutoCad Draftsman in United Arab Emirates. The company i'm working for is not concerned about health and safety of it's employees.
I have tried to apply thru websites but unfortunately I haven't got a positive response from any employer.
I have a diploma in Computer Programming but my experience is more on Autocad drafting (8 years as an Autocad Designer/Draftsman on 3 various companies - Pulp and Paper Consultant, Oil and Gas Service Company and MEP building services).
