I graduated in '94 with an engineering degree (I was an engineer until about 1 year ago...now I am an engineering manager). Normally, I see between 2-4% depending on the company and how financially sound they are. If I get a promotion, I normally see 3-4% on top of that. And if you leave jobs and take another, you can get 5-10% more.
