How can I apply for a job at a variety of power plant jobs in texas?

I am tryin to get hired on for a maintanence job at a power plant in texas. It don't really matter where in texas so I want to apply to all of them to increase my chances.

Go to www.roadtechs.com Find out where the Power Plants are and apply on-line for those direct positions. Use the above website for contract positions. Keep in mind that some of these positions may be unionized.
