Pro: General laborers make more money than basic office skills. no dress code- except boots, gloves, hard hat mostly outside Con: Mostly outside (I live in the Rockies- winters are brrrrr) dress code, cubicles, office politics I've done both. Made more money as labor than Office Manager at a TV station- doing it all and I type 130 wpm and know most office / design software
