According to your knowledge or experience, what are the most important questions to expect during the interview for office administrator position? I have interview tommorrow and I don't know what to expect and what to answer. Would you please list questions along with answers so that I can prepare myself ?I do not want to fail the interview. I want the job badly. Please help me out. Thanks in advance.

Think of 4 adjectives which describe you (I dont know you so I wouldnt be able to answer this) Why do you want to work with us? (Dont know what company that is..visit the company's website and research the company before the interview @ vault.com or thevault.com and wetfeet.com) Why do you want to leave your current job? (say you want to learn new things) Tell me about yourself Tell me about a time you demonstrated initiative What are your stregnths? Weakness? Do you have any questions about the position?

They usually ask you to describe yourself. What motives you? How you handle situations?
