where can I find information on locations for welding certification?

I need to print out a copy of my welding certification because I can't seem to find the original and I may need it next week

i welded many years ago, now i dont know how they do it now with certification, when i was certified you took a welding test with the rods or wire that you would be using on that job, then if you did another job you would have to take another test for that job. it mybe low hydgen or jet weld rod or wire. the company would always keep the cetificate.
