iam interested in desktop tech support. but there are various ways of handling techsupport. one is through phone only phone voice based. and another is through practically assembling pc. and troubleshooting by sitting next to customer. and last is the field work where one has to travel outside to residential houses or coroprate firms.i think the desktop techsupport which one does practically is beter as one get to learn faster. which one should i select in case of jobs
