What do you mean? Caretaker, or eldercare, or childcare? I guess that you can advertise yourself on craigslist.com, benefito.com. They are both free, you just need to post your skills up there.

Start looking in your phone book. Go to Employment agencies or your local Employment office.
Most agencies now require caregivers to be bondable, have taken a personal support worker course, have up to date cpr certification or in the case of nannies, early childhood education courses or a reputable nanny course.
You'll need a police check too and if I was an employer and you didn't want to submit to any of these criteria I'd be wondering why.
If that's what you want to be , YOU have to do most of the work yourself looking for employment not rely on someone else , you don't even know to find you a job.
