1st of all, you're going to have to have experience! My ex deceased husband was a superintendent for over 20 years in New Jersey. All expenses paid. Rent, cable, electric. Plus he made a salary. But he was a licensed plumber, he knew dry wall, cabinet installation, how to install floors, lay carpet, electrical problems, the whole nine. You have to know most of these skills in order to be a super. What you might want to look at is maybe managing a building for a landlord that doesn't live there. You know like collecting the rent, keeping the maintenance up such as cleaning, taking out the garbage and stuff like that. Call a few places in the newspaper who are looking for Superintendents and maybe you might get lucky with something like that. Good Luck!
