Is there some place on the internet that will tell which state pays the highest for a particular job title?

My husband has a license to be a wastewater operator and we are in arkansas and want to move to Washington state but with that big of a move and there is no recipriocity between states we wonder if the move would be worthy to even try. We wonder if there is something on the internet to give a best bet outlook on this move job wise. We notice how many people were actually moving to that state but have never visited.
