I want to change my profession to Tree Plantation or Farming.?

I live in Hong Kong. I want to change my profession to Tree Plantation, Gardening or Farming. I need help to know how to find a suitable job where I can get training as well as work related to my interest? I can consier to relocate myself for this profession. Any advise is most welcome.
