Go to http://www.monster.com/ open a free account, set your specification regarding the type of employment, pay range, and location and see what is available in the area you are willing to work. BesidesMonster there are other on line sources you can use, such as: http://www.dallasnews.com/classifieds/jobcenter/ http://www.bestjobsusa.com/index-jsk-ie.asp http://www.jobfind.com/ http://www.careerbuilder.com/ Good luck.

Why do you want to be a Hotel Receptionist? Ask yourself that first; 90% of people who apply for hotel jobs are not suited to the job, desite tham thinking so. Consider that you have to be very flexible to the work; One day, you might be on Reception, yet another day, you need to help clean rooms, or wash dishes. Are you flexible enough to support the whole Hotel. Flexible to working time as well. 9-5 jobs in this sector is hard to find. Could you start at 6 am, or finish at 2 am? In most jobs, you get to walk out the door at 5pm on the dot, not in hotels. Half an hour of UNPAID extra input is common. Salary depends on where you are, but you omitted that detail from your question. So, if you want to go ahead, look at the hotels in your area, pick out which ones yuou are interested in and send your application to the HR Manager. Don't go in and give it in, save your beautiful appearance for the interview. Check out my website for further advice on job applications. September tends to be the best time of year for hotel jobs

i have to agree that Monster is a good place to look, and if you want to use this salary checker to see what sort of wage you should expect... http://www.totaljobs.com/SalaryChecker/SalaryCheckerSearch.aspx Sending your CV to hotels you'd like to work at is a good idea too. also from learn direct's job profile: "Hotel receptionists may start on £10,000 to £14,000 a year. Experienced hotel receptionists may earn up to £20,000 a year. Reception managers in large hotels can earn up to £30,000 a year." see the rest of the profile here, including lots of useful info and links, http://www.learndirect-advice.co.uk/helpwithyourcareer/jobprofiles/profiles/profile301/
