What kind of questions will i be asked in a Help Desk Interview?

I have a job interview coming up for a position as a Help Desk Technician, i need to know some types of questions to expect, also they said there will be 3 timed tests. Any Ideas??

You will probably be asked how you walk a person through a simple diagnosis, maybe some basic role play. You may also be asked about handling escalated situations in which a person on the other end of the phone is angry or upset. Basic questions about why you left your previous employers, as well as where do you want to go with your career. The timed tests can be anything, but I think one is based on typing speed and/or accuracy. Depends on the company, but that would be standard. Also, if it's a tech support, probably how well you know the system you are supporting. Good Luck
