that's what they say my job title is and I work with the inventory (warehouse of seed), Accounts Receivable, sales, order entry, filing, new hire papers, insurance info and help, credit apps, controlling petty cash box which includes worksheets on where it is spent etc., copying, data entry, We dont have an IT dept. so guess who works on computers, fax machines, and copiers, I also buy supplies, payroll,
I guess you will have to ask them. All jobs are different because I also help people with their seeding problems( you probably wont have to worry about that)
I was just giving a few examples Hope it helps

I'm an office assistant. I do data entry, stuffing envelopes and filing. Sometimes required to take phone calls.
Pay varies depending on your experience and location.
I live in North Florida.
I got my job through a temp agency so I don't get paid that much.
I get paid in the single digits an hour, but would probably be paid more if I wasn't through the temp agency.
