Whats the next step in my career?

I am currently an apartment maintenance tech for a real estate management company. I have all together 10 years experience and I've had my E.P.A. cert since 01. I have a G.E.D and no college education to speak of. Any advice on how I can advance in this career or what would be a the next trade up?

You have ask a Q only you can answer.Why? we all come to a point in our life when we want change for what ever reason. u must ask yourself are u bored and what to change or are you hungry for knowledge and ready for higher heights
