I need a job sponser in the mining industry?

I'm 40 years of age and comes from South-Africa. I'm currently visiting in Mount Isa and I'm looking for a job in Australia and want to immigrate here. I've been in the mining industry sins 1989 and have worked myself up to a supervisor. I'm a hard worker and have a lot of qualifications in this field.I've been working as a miner,supervisor and mining engineer and a'm prepared to start from the bottom again. I need a sponcer for a workers visa (457). At the moment my visa is for visit only.I want to make Australia my home and will do what it takes. I'll send my resume if needed to view. Thank you.
