Almost every company has entry level positions. Get your resume to Jobs.com, Career Builders, Monster.com, etc. Apply at temp agencies--sometimes if a company likes you, they will keep you.

My best foot in the door was to register for several temp. agencies that do temp. to permanent placements. It is a way for you to test out a company and for them to test you out and see if you like each other. You get paid while you try things out and get to know the company.
