What are the challenges Human Resource Professionals face in the next 5 Years?

I am looking for challenges that those in the human resource field are facing today and in the next 5 years. Some ideas I have are immigration, English as a Second Language candidates, increased diversity merged with the dominant groups currently in the workplace. If you have any suggestions about details I could add to those above, that would help too.

1. Managing increasing numbers of job losses, retirement packages and buyouts. 2. Merging with competitors teams and managing the host of cultural issues that go along with them. Often merged players are ex-competitors who hate each other. 3. Outsourcing of the HR function to other countries?
