What kind of questions will I be asked in an interview to be a Recruitment Administrator?

Or if there is anyone out there who is currently working in administration, what kind of interview questions did you get? Or if anyone knows any good websites with a list of admin/clerical interview questions, I would be very grateful. This is my first interview after nine months of sending out dozens of CVs and application forms. I really want to be prepared for anything. The main duties involve placing advertisements for jobs, preparing job descriptions, typing offer/rejection letters, marking initiative tests, and checking references, identification, work permits, etc. Thanks everyone!

I've worked as a Workforce Administrator for a global pharmaceuticals company. At my interview they asked about attention to detail, data entry experience, databases, general clerical skills, and IT skills. Hope that helps.

Can't help on the specifics - you can try and predict the questions by reading the job description and the person specification. Seeing as you have an idea of what the job involves, try and think of some examples of transferable skills - e.g. the identification and marking tests implies good attention to detail. Good luck. Start with preparing your own strenghths (no more than 3). Also consider your areas of development in other words your weakness (1 is enough). You also need to know what the job is and why you want it. They may also ask you to give example of a time when you had to plan / organise something. Also an example of solving a problem. They will probably ask about your experience with dealing with members of the public. Hope this helps and good luck - you deserve it after nine months.
