Can British, American or Canadian companies accept DBA’s (MS SQL or Oracle) that do not have BSC or BA?

Best Answer:
Depends on the company and your experience. Most companies consider at least 3 years of experience instead of a degree to be sufficient. So, while a person with a BS would only need 5 years of experience for a job, yours should be 8 years to be equally impressive. Also, having some certifications by the database company (MS, Oracle) will certainly improve your chances and show you can actually do most dba tasks.

if you have experience in a well-known company, why not !?
