There should be an example available to you, but here goes... Headline performance e.g. all team's duties completed ontime 90% of the time or whatever is used Current staffing levels Any staffing issues e.g. absentism, lateness, training needs Any equipment issues that need resolution Suggestions for improvements Keep it short, snappy and above all use a spell checker before you hand it in - get a trusted colleague to read it over first.
