Depends on your workplace (is it safe to have kids with you), what you do for a living (are you really going to be able to work if you have your child with you), and how much time off from work you have already missed. In most cases it's not a good idea to bring a child to work with you because it will be very disruptive to you and your coworkers.

A:
DO NOT BRING THEM TO WORK!!!! Bringing a child to work can put your career on the line! plus, they are at risk when you place them in an area with so many people they don't know. I would drop them off with a relative, or if worse come to worse, Fake sick, so that you won't be caught with a stupid excuse and yelled @ the next day.

Is there a child care center in your area that will take your child for just one day? If so, take him/her there.

It really depends on the rules of your workplace. Check with them first. Talk to your supervisor and ask what he/she would recommend.
