I need to find a way to find potential employees in sales, management, telemarketing, warehouse managers and more, in Montreal and Ottowa... I've been on Monster and many more sites, but I need more resources. Anyone interested or have suggestions for me? send CV's at: stcharron@eximiuspersonnel.ca

i work in HR and we're in a fight for good talent too. we've found more leads by employing some of the following tactics: - postings on more remote websites like craigslist, Y! Groups boards (like sales gropus, or customer care sites) - large employee referral bonuses - we do $1k per referral - job sharing options - unemployment is at an all time low, so we're going after more experienced workes (read older) and moms and seeing if they are open for part time opportunities - it seems to work well Good luck to you, if I think of anything else I will let you know.
