Is it to early to find a new job in that feild? Would employers want to hire me even though I don't have my degree yet? Example of positions of thinking of applying for Loss Prevention Manager, which I have some experience in. Inventory Control, I have experience in. What do you think my chances are?

You should go talk with your professors or a guidance counselor. A lot of schools/fields of study offer job opportunities (sometimes for credit) while you're still in college. They usually have information on internships, job opportunities, etc. Your professors most likely know people working in the field you're studying..so there's a connection right there.
