Do stores have employment records that you can have access to?

Employment records such as the name of the clerks or cashiers of the store as well as their dates of service? It sounds like a dumb question and it may be, but I'm curious.

No store will release this information easily. They keep records because they have to, but release is usually handled at a corporate office and only by written fromal request from someone with a genuine intrest like future employer or for a background check.

No. This comes under the privacy act and the store is not allowed to release personal information about the employees. If an ex employee gives them as a reference and signs a release, the store will usually confirm that a person worked there but will not divulge much else.

no those are private info if you give them something like i was helped on x day by a person that looks like x they can tell you who helped.
