First interview call back?

I had my first interview for a team lead position at Target Distribution Center yesterday. I was wondering if anyone knew how long it normally takes to get called back for a second interview if they're going to call back? Also, should one of those thankyou notes be sent everytime? I was going to send one but couldnt remember the names of the 2 guys that interviewed me.

The weekends will not count. they do not all have the people in management present on the week end. My dad had been looking for a different job and he got call back interviews all the time. they are going to narrow the group down to 2 (sometimes) three people. Then you have interview with many people. So they have to set up times with each of the people to help interview first. You can always call and thank them for the interview and see when the next call back round will start. It should be no later than 3-5 working days.
