Are the North Carolina Water Treatment Plant Operator certifications recognized in the state of Michigan?

I hold the North Carolina Grade A-Surface, and would like to seek work in the state of MIchigan

Head over to http://www.state.mi.us and locate the link for Michigan's required certifications. I'm under the impression that you should be able to transfer your certification from NC to Michigan just by applying for their operator license, but check the website to be sure.

If this is related to onsite wastewater, there aren't a trillion different ways to treat it. Like stated, check with the State of Michigan, however, also consider calling Dr. Steven Berkowitz in Environmental Health at DENR. Lawd.. it's COLD in Michigan!
