In the uk a the roll of "Facilities Manager" is wide and varied and includes health & safety, premises security, cleaning, canteens, general maintainance-all known as Soft Services, then there are Hard Services would include space utilization, mechanical and electrical functions,and re-development. What is the correct title for this in Canada please?

Facilities Manager is called Facilities Manager the IFMA is an American organisation which covers Canada also. In some occasions it is called facility management.
