i live here in the u.s. so it might be different,but when i took my test, i think there was 20-30 question they are often just common sence, they should give you some study time like how would you go over rail road tracks, don't laugh you might have to some time any way you would go over them at a angle not strieght foward sound horn before going around corners if you are carring some thing say on a skid just keep it say 3-5 inches off ground if you carry some thing long put it on your forks at a angle you might need to put a peice of wood under the side that is closets to the end of the fork oh make sure you check your fork lift every day battery water oil hey if there is any thing else you would like to know email me ok at moonred3443@yahoo.com good luck dude

in the US i thnk its from your employer. they gave me a class then i was certified
