How do I tell the family that I nanny for that I am leaving?
Asked by hott_vegas_chic
I am moving out of state, so I obviously can't nanny for them anymore! I want them to know that it has nothing to do with them, and I want to part on good terms. I am giving them 2 weeks notice. Any ideas on how to word this? Thanks!

Since you are moving out of state it is simple....just tell them you are moving and have really enjoyed working for them and with their children you will miss them but the move is necessary for you.......(you can tell them why you are moving but it is not necessary. And defiantly give them as much notice as possible....you will want them to give you a reference.

Tell them you need to talk. tell them what you wrote. that you are moving out of state and are giving your notice. that you've enjoyed them. and ect....
