The best thing for you would probably be to seek employment part-time or full-time (if it doesn't interfere with your studies) at a local department, grocery, etc. in Loss Prevention. Loss Prevention is the department that oversees the security actions for a facility. This way you'll get some good experience that will look good on your building resume for when you get ready to apply to a law enforcement agency. Search around your town and inquire about this position. You can also look at the employment opportunities with your local juvenile/adult detention centers for available part-time positions.
My husband also has a degree in criminal justice. He started out in college working in loss prevention for a department store, then went on to work for the Dept. of Correction, then became a City Police officer, Narcotics Detective, and now a State Trooper. I am sharing this with you so that you can know that it is possible for you to achieve your goals in law enforcement beginning with the small but important steps. Best Wishes!

You can find out more from the Ministry of Home Affairs on their requirement. Since you do not have any experience you may need to start, not necessarily, from the bottom depending on your qualification. However, you need to be aware that you shouldn't have any criminal records otherwise you'll never get any chances.
