How do I become a housekeeper?
Asked by jade g
I want to work as a housekeeper part maybe full time during the week, including general houskeeping, cleaning, shopping, washing, ironing etc. How do I go about this when I have no previous references in this line of work as I have worked in an office for 9 years and want a change. Also where do you look for jobs like this? I live in the Surrey area. Regards

Try advertising on www.gumtree.com. It's free to advertise and there is a section for services like this. Good luck!

Zsa Zsa Gabor said " my mother told me to be a house keeper", so whenever I get a divorce, I keep the house.
Look in the lady magazine, you will have to start as a trainee to build a reputation for reliability. It is no small job.
