What is involved in the interview process of a call center?
Asked by Mystique
I know all call centers are different however maybe someone has had a similar situation. I just did a phone interview for a call center and now I am onto the next step. The next step is a computer skill test, comptency test and maybe other such things. What would I have to do/complete? If you had to do any of these while you were being interviewd for a call center can you please assist me. Basically anything other the interview that you had to do before you were hired will help me a lot. Thx :D

Basically, with the computer skills test, you may be given one of two types. The first type is taking "practice" calls to test both your problem solving and listening skills. The second type involves a typing test, where you may be measured for your speed and accuracy when typing in information when taking calls. Hope that helps - good luck!
