Just me
What education do I need to become an Apartment Manager?
Asked by Just me
My Father is looking into buying about 15-20 apartments. He would like for me to get an education in order to become a large part of running the complex. It's an investing opportunity, and my father honestly doesn't know anything about it himself, so he's basically counting on me to do it all. I am very interested though.

In the case of the apartment building I used to live in, a third grade education was sufficient for the manager.

that would be a great opportunity for you. There is no specific education you would need, but you would need to know a little bit and have alittle back ground of business to be able to pay for the taxes, and the utilities, charging people, following up, who to hire etc. good luck.

you don't have to have a degree but a business management degree would be helpful and is one of the easiest and most common degrees for people to get.
