I have spent 15 years fixing everyones broken cars and trucks, both gas and diesel.I have spent that time working for dealerships. I have 3 technacal masters from dealer training programs. You are very highly skilled! That shows you have ambition, and you care about what you do (and I'm sure that you do your job very well). If you want a change, it's going to take time and effort--no matter what you do. Okay, so there's the obvious--open up your own shop and work for yourself (and your customers, of course). Alternately, look back at what you loved to do as a boy of 10 or 12. Where did your interests lie? What did you spend your time doing? What were your dreams? Your passions? In looking back at that, is there a way that you could make a good living doing what you loved to do as a boy? I'm sure that there is. It only takes time, discipline, and maybe a bit of money. You'll probably have to train yourself in a new arena, but you'll be working at what you REALLY love to do! That's where your passion lies. In order to do anything worth while it takes two things: belief (the easy part!) and a passionate desire. When you do something that you love, that's where your passionate desire comes in to sustain your energy level to be successful at what you want to accomplish. Also, I would highly recommend a coach. A coach is someone who can help guide you as quickly as possible to your goals. A good one is Chris Silvey (www.EmpoweredYou.com). She is a powerful, energetic, and wonderful coach. She's tough, but that's what you need to be successfull as quickly as possible, isn't it? Follow your dreams!
