How much does a customer service rep get paid?

I am a CS Manager for a Canadian company. My CSR's earn between approx. $32 000/ annum. The salary depends on the industry, ex: telecom vs. outsourcer, and the type of work: do you manage files, issue credits and invoices, etc.

That depends on the many factors, the company, the industry they are in, your experience level.... I believe career websites give general ranges for various jobs.

Anywhere from $7.50/hr up to maybe 35K/year. I would say thats a safe range that covers most factors and geographical locations. On average here in Florida, they get about $9 to $11 dollars per hour. Best of luck!
