I've have ben cleaning a big clinic for a year now and I'm looking to move on to a diffrent kind of cleaning like houses.

Why not start your own cleaning business? Keep doing the office cleaning and start taking on side work (houses). Eventually you will have enough clients that you can make a full-time business.
