I am working in a firm for a few years. Now I am looking forward for getting promoted as Supervisor. What are the leadership skills required?

-The ability to elicit a high level of performance from a diverse group of people. -The ability to delegate effectively while still maintaining a top-level view of projects and programs that need to be accomplished. -The ability to get work done through others on time, in budget -The ability to respond to change and stay calm in a crisis -The ability to prioritize and manage time effectively -The ability to help set goals for your department and your employees as well as for yourself. -The ability to train employees and work with them to develop their career path and skills -The ability to stay sane while doing all of the above.
