What is it like to be a graphic designer? or in Advertising?

I have recently enrolled in school and I was thinking of changing my major. I was wondering what it is like to be a graphic designer? Does it pay well? Is it hard to find a job in that field with an Associates Degree and not a Bachelors Degree? Also, what about a career in advertising/marketing? I was also considering that as well. Do you have to be the "sales person" type or do creative minds do well in that field? Does it pay well? Is it hard to find a job in that field with an Associates degree and not a Bachelors Degree? Designing in all is a very lovely career BUT you must be creative and come with nice ideas, you must know how to draw . To find a job is easy, but to get a job in a good paying company is hard. My advice to you is to work while you are studying and hopefully you will reach the top if you have wha t it takes. Good luck
