What would you do to protect trucking jobs against NAFTA proposal for Mexico drivers?

American truck drivers are very concerned about the opening of the Mexico boarder to the USA. What can you do to ensure and protect the american truck drivers job?

Strictly enforce all traffic and vehicle safety laws. Most Mexican truckers and trucks will be in violation. Impound any vehicles not in compliance. Companies will then hesitate to hire Mexican truckers. JMO
