What is a second interview at walmart like and what can it mean?

I got called in to go for a second interview at walmart today. They already asked me the questions and i filled out some paperwork, what could the second interview be?

You do a sort of test and they ask more questions.
If you've done that, they are going to work out your schedule and finalize your employment.
I worked there once.

A good chance that you will be getting the job. My boyfriend years ago went there..they called him in for a interview, but it actually winded up being his orientation.

I haven't worked at walmart but a second interview is a good sign.
Either they'll ask you more questions and have you fill out more paperwork and/or they'll give you your schedule/uniform etc.

The second interview will be very much like the first. Instead of an hourly supervisor asking the questions an salary manager will. Also, the question are extremely similiar to you first interview. Nine times out of ten a second interview means you have then job, as long as you don't mess up the interview or drug test.
