Does anyone know the average starting wage for a phlebotomist?

I am thinking about going to school for this and I am wondering if the pay is worth it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

It depends on the state...the best way is to go the local hospital and look at the job postings (they are usually on a wall by HR). It will say the posted wages..
