I am only in year 8 but but i have a few questions about working at a child care centre?
1. What is someone called if they work at a child care centre?
2. How many years of schooling do you need?
3. What age can you work at a child care centre?
4. What do you really have to do with the kids?
and if you have any other info it would be great. Thanks!

Best Answer:
1) "Child Care worker" "daycare worker" "teacher"
2) None.
3)18+ (they like the 18 y/o's to work the later shifts.
4) Do not punish them. Depending on the age, make them do homework. Feed them, play with them, read with them, let them run wild, just do not punish, or even RAISE your voice.
You will be suprised at how poorly ran most daycares are.
assume a "child care centre" is a day care.
If its a drop off center.. same answers, except you do not do anything not fun. You Just play with kids and ge tpaid to do so.
I am a recruiter. My wife worked child care, and child drop off.

You have to be older usually. 18+. You have to teach them/watch them. Start babysitting to gain experience.
