What is the best way to get a full time position from an internship?
Asked by #1 Always
I am currently doing an internship for a fabulous company and would like to stay on full time in the future. What advice would you give in order to change from an internship to a full time position

Best Answer:
talk to them . talk to ur supervisor/ppl u support..ask if there is an opportunity for a full time, make sure they know u r interested..sometimes companies do not hire full time because there is no budget or just no need for a full time positions and they are good just switching interns, but you never know..some companies do pick their interns to stay. just make sure you work as hard as you can, ask questions, talk to people in the department, ask them how they got to where they are, etc. good luck!

Let them know of your desire to stay on and work hard. Network within the company.
The person(s) you are reporting to may not necessarily have anything for you (or care for that matter), but depending on the size of the company, they may very well have other positions open elsewhere.
Good luck!
