What is a good Administrative Assistance resume?

I'm looking for a job in the field of Administrative Assistance, but I need a good resume. I'm looking for a site or place or idea on how to build a good resume for that field. So that when I post or hand in my resume, it wont be over looked. I'm not good a building a resume, so all the help would be helpful. I'm also looking to get help on finding job agencies to post my resume in so that I can find places to work. Thanks.
