I am currently in a dead in job with no potential of growth. What should I do?
Asked by gwillo19
I am currently a saw operator for an extrusion company. At one time I was an environmental, health, and safety coordinator with Alcoa Aluminum, which I enjoyed. The only reason why I am not there now is becaI moved to Arizona which was a big mistake. Since I moved back to Ohio I ahve been struggling ever since. I do have an associate degree in business administration but as of now it hasn't seemed to help. Maybe someone out there can help me and my family.

Start with finding a job that matches your potential. You interview the company for your future. You know what your family needs are, you have an education. make a business plan for your own personal success.
You only appreciate what you earn yourself.
GO FOR IT!

With your experience with business admin, why don't you start your own business? Find something with low start up costs, with low enough retail prices that makes it attractive to a large part of the population and something that will be purchased over and over.

Look up employment agencies in the yellow pages, go see them, they will find a job in your line and the cost is paid by the EMPLOYER.

Ohio is net negative for job growth. you must move to a area that is adding jobs. look for new mines opening and or mineral companies that have new projects opening , use the Internet. advice, next time you write use spell check, becal and ahve in your post are typos.... bad for your career. good luck, life is just an adventure, but its better with a good job.

If there is no room to grow, what will you do? I mean, we have to grow everyday. You should decide if youn like the company or not and if it is really what you want to do. If not, it is a no brainer.
