You'll prepare just as you would for any job interview. Dress properly; learn something about the company you're applying to; bring clean copies of your resume; have your personal, job history and education history data with you in case they ask you to complete an application. Think of a couple of questions you can ask about the company or the job so you'll look engaged and interested.

You will be hired after an interview only if your qualifications and skills meet the requirements of the company which hires you. The objective of an interview is to convince the employer that you will be able to fulfill the organizational needs and fit into the company culture. Lack of preparation is one of the most common reasons why a person does not get a job offer after the interview. Check this out for information on preparing for interviews http://www.precv.com
