Help! Want to work in hotels but they only accept you if you have experience.?

I have 15 years experience managing people, but still I get turned down to work at a hotel even as a clerk. I work for Walmart @ the distribution center. The stress is unbearable the production level goes up about every 9 months. It is up 20% over where I signed on @ and no end in sight..LOL I have 4 kids n 2 r disabled. I live in north Texas and am very good at my job. Seriously can someone give me a heads up or know someone who can give me a shot @ the job I would be bast @ and have wanted for years? I don't need hecklers or gag answeres, my life is already material for seinfield. If not for a real person then for my kids help a guy out with real solid advice.

Employers today hire temp first, then full time if you work out. I got my full time by going to all the temp agencies and working at many different jobs. Another way is to go to those career counseling services. Hope this helps.
